What are the technical support hours and how do I contact tech. support?

Our normal business hours of operation are from Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time. Technical support is also available 7 days a week through email at: support@hyperkore.com. We are closed on all major holidays. We are more than happy to also schedule support calls outside of normal Tech support hours.
