What are the technical requirements for using Creative Byline?

0

Depending on the size of your documents, you’ll likely prefer a broadband internet connection for best performance. Creative Byline is optimized with Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 3 as browsers. If you’re an AOL user, you can use the AOL browser to connect with the internet, minimize that browser, and then launch Internet Explorer or Firefox (Internet Explorer may have come installed on your computer; Firefox is a free download). Documents can be accepted and accessed in Microsoft Word (.doc) and PDF formats. If you have Office 2007, you can “Save As” to create a .doc document. The option is labeled “save as file type” on the “Save As” dialog box; choose “Word 1997-2003”. To change your default to always save Word documents in .doc rather than .docx format (helpful if you frequently share documents with others), choose “Word Options” from the Office menu listing. Choose “Save files in this format” and choose “Word 1997-2003”.
