There are no specific hardware requirements since Arbitron eBook is Web based. You must have the following free items loaded onto your computer: Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Netscape® Navigator 7 or higher, and Adobe® Acrobat® Reader 6 or higher Pop-up blockers must be disabled for the site https://my.arbitron.com in order to view Arbitron eBook.
