What are the taxes and resort fees?
A. All of our packages include the taxes and resort fee. However, if you are not on a package there will be a six percent state tax, three percent occupancy tax, and $15 resort fee. The resort fee covers the use of our indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sundeck, sandy bank swimming area, tennis, most resort activities offered by our recreation department, all local calls (up to 30 minutes), incoming faxes (up to 10 pages), local newspaper, safe deposit use at the front desk, and parking.
