What are the taxes and other costs?
Yearly Taxes: $2335 – Yearly full coverage Insurance: $1120 – Monthly Natural Gas: $8 – $10 (cooking, avg per mo) – Water, sewer, trash, recycling: $52 (avg per mo) – Electricity: $360 (avg per mo) which includes heating, cooling and all electricity. We could probably cut that down considerably, but we like to have NPR on all the stereos, and the computers up all day, and all the lights lit at night. I love how the house looks all lit up at night.
