Reply: Personal tax returns are due on April 30th. If you are self employed and you submit an income statement with your tax return, you may extend the deadline till June 15th, but any payments made after April 30 will still be subject to interest charges. You may well consider submitting your tax return by April 30 even if you are self employed, and, if your income statement is not ready on time, submit it later as an “additional item”. Corporation tax returns are due six months after the corporation’s year end date.
