Your PC needs to run Microsoft Windows XP or newer (e.g. Windows Vista or Windows 7) and have the Microsoft .NET Framework (Version 2.0 or higher) installed. A compatible version of the .NET Framework should already be installed if you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7. To check which version of .NET is installed on your Windows XP based computer, please look at the installed applications list in the Add/Remove Programs part of the Control Panel.
