What are the System Requirements to run ReadyDesk?
I strongly suggest you avoid purchasing this software, it is cheap for a reason.
There is absolutely zero support, we had some serious issues with our install and we followed the manual to a letter (we were on the newest version and the manual was serious outdated!). When we raised a ticket to have the issue resolved, it was ignored for days. We send another ticket, and that was ignored.
We were so fustrated we tried to call and could not locate a phone #, even searching through the 411, we could not locate the company by name.
