For teachers & students: 1. Web browser: The newest version of Firefox, Chrome, Safari or IE. 2. Flash: Use the latest version of Flash. Check your Flash version here. Install the newest Flash player for free here. 3. Computer: The newer, the better. You should have at least 1 GB of RAM. 4. Operating system: Windows, Mac OS X or Linux 5. Internet speed: The faster, the better. You should have at least 3 MB download and 0,5 MB upload speed. Check your Internet speed here. 6. Microphone: If you want to speak in a live session, you must have a microphone. Get a good one. A bad microphone produces bad audio quality. 7. Video camera: If you want to be seen in a live session, you must have a webcam or a DV camera connected to your computer. Get a good one. A bad camera produces bad video quality.
