What are the system requirements to install the Wireless Sync client on my handheld device?
The requirements listed below are for installing the Wireless Sync client onto a handheld device for POP3 / IMAP email configurations. If you are interested in monitoring an Exchange or Domino account (via the Wireless Sync PC Monitor application), please refer to the Minimum System Requirements – PC Monitor (Wireless Sync) in question #5 below. The Wireless Sync Web PIM is Internet based and only requires software to be installed on a computer so that the client may be synchronized to the handheld device. Once the Wireless Sync client is installed onto the handheld (which must be done from a Windows PC), you may wirelessly synchronize data between the device and the Web PIM. The Web PIM may be managed from any Internet connected computer or device (including PDAs and Mobile Web devices), regardless of the operating system being used.
