Operating System: YoHelp is compatible with all major OS flavors (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS X and Linux). Browser Requirements: YoHelp requires one of Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher, Safari 3.0 and JavaScript and Cookies must also be enabled. Internet Requirements: An internet connection with sufficient bandwidth is required. We recommend a downstream bandwidth of 1,000Kbps or higher for the videos to play smoothly. Other Recommendations: It is recommended that you install the latest Java Runtime Environment and the latest adobe flash player.
