The DirectX download site is: http://www.microsoft.com/directx/download.asp. Set your display to one of the following, or better yet, try running the program with all three: 800X600 X16 bit color 800X600 X32 color 1024X768 X16 bit color We highly recommended the following: Pentium Class 233 MHz processor or higher 32 MB of RAM 16 bit color or higher 3D Hardware Accelerator Card Internet connection for internet messaging/chat.
