What are the symptoms of overactive thyroid?
Nothing you have described would have made me think that diagnosis was likely. Symptoms are tachycardia ( fast heart rate ), sweating, feeling hot, heat intolerance, agitation, tremor, increased appetite and weight loss. Often eye signs, exopthalmus, precede the other symptoms. Goitres are more common in under-active thyroid disease. You blood test will soon prove or exclude this diagnosis.
