What are the symptoms of a dog eating a poisonous mushroom?

We think that our dog injested wild mushrooms that were in the yard. She became acutely ill with vomiting. She became very unresponsive and seemed to be in shock. We took her to emergency room. They never really diagnosed what had caused her illness. She had raised liver enzymes and problems with blood clotting. She was in the hospital for 3 days. The vomiting and bloody diahrea went on for all of that time. Doctor said had we not brought her to emergency room for necessary fluids and antibiotics, we would have lost her. The only thing we found in the backyard was mushrooms — and there was plenty from recent rains. She is a great dog but eats anything in sight!
