What are the support hours and options?
Textile Technologies currently offers two levels of support. They are as follows: Planned Support includes unlimited telephone and modem support as well as upgrades to the software. Reporting changes are not included. Coverage is 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Major holidays are excluded. A reconnect fee is required if annual support is discontinued and later reinstated at the customers request. Hourly Support is time and materials billed at $200 per hour with a hour minimum per incident. Upgrades are billed separately and must be purchased in order to maintain hourly support.
