What are the supervisors obligations during an employees disability?
You are responsible for submitting timesheets on the employees behalf until leave is depleted (if the employee chooses to use leave); maintaining an open line of communication to stay apprised of employees progress during disability; removing employee from payroll once leave is used, or employee goes on long-term disability.
