What are the submission process and deadline for the proposal application?
A. Proposal applications must be postmarked on or before May 2, 2008. All applications will be recorded upon receipt. Applications with postmarks after May 2, 2008 will not be forwarded to the review panel for funding consideration. Any additions and/or deletions to an application will not be accepted after May 2, 2008. Submit five (5) proposal applications – one (1) originial and four (4) copies include, two (2) letters of support and the completed, signed and dated grant check list. Proposals must be mailed to: Dianne Hampton, DLC & Associates, LLC, 611 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE #142, Washington, DC 20003. Hand delivered, Telephonic, Telegraphic and Fascimile submissions will not be accepted. Proposals will be reviewed after the close date and applicants will be notified.
