What are the strongest reasons to not believe in god?
There are no logical arguments to believe in G-d, just as there are none not to believe in Him. Faith is not a matter for arguments. You either believe, or you do not. People who try to convince others to follow them in their beliefs using logical arguments end up failing, unless they manage to convince those others through charisma, which is not an argument. Atheists try to provide logical arguments against religious belief such as discrepancies (real or apparent) between scripture and science. To those, I’d quote Maimonides who reportedly said (not verbatim) that if you find a discrepancy between Torah (the bible) and science you either misinterpreted the bible, or do not understand enough science.
