What are the strengths of the Sobey School of Business?
One of our school’s biggest strengths is the quality of our faculty. With 70 full-time faculty members, we have one of the largest business faculty in Canada. Among this group are some of the leading Canadian scholars in the areas of human resource management, organization theory, and industrial relations. These and other Sobey faculty members are actively conducting research in many fields – on a regional, national and international basis – and they bring that knowledge directly into the classroom to expose our students to the latest thinking. The Sobey School of Business is the largest business school in Atlantic Canada and the only school in the region that offers a full spectrum of business programs – from baccalaureate to doctorate. We enjoy a smaller campus with a more intimate setting that enhances the quality of learning.
