What are the strategies that the Malaysian Government takes in order to compete with other ASEAN countries?
The strongest competition for Malaysia is Singapore. However, Malaysia does not intend to compete with Singapore. Whilst Singapore has decided to focus on medical biotechnology, Malaysia is focusing on the sustainable utilisation for her mega bio-resources through agricultural biotechnology.
