Immunoaffinity separation columns should be stored at 2-8°C. For long-term storage to prevent microbial growth, we recommend addition of 0.02% sodium azide to the Dilution Buffer in the column only. All other kit components (buffers, spin columns, collection tubes, etc.) can be stored at room temperature.
