What are the Stoddard Student Apartments facilities and grounds like?
Stoddard Student Apartments are located on a nine acre, partially wooded site bordering the Red Cedar River. Residents are free to walk our nature trails. Our large lawn and patio area with gazebo provides an excellent place for group sports, social functions, and picnics. The use of many of our facilities requires a reservation at no charge. There are two apartment buildings with a total of 33 2-bedroom apartments. For your convenience, in each building there are two laundry rooms with free washer and dryer use. Each building also has a lounge with cable TV. Entry into each building is protected by a security intercom system. Visitors can only be permitted into the building when granted permission by a resident through the intercom security system in their apartment. The same key issued for your apartment door will also open the outside entrance of your building.
