What are the steps to getting the job done right?
1. Meet with deck proffesional for your initial consultation. 2. Our designer will email or fax you within a couple of days with design ideas. This correspondence will also have a detailed estimate for each drawing. 3. Once we have created the perfect design and you decide to go with Zdecks a second meeting will be scheduled to sign the proposal/contract. At this time your consultant will recieve from you a 10% deposit. You will also recieve an estimated start date. 4. On the start date when materials are delivered and work begins an additional 50% will be collected from you to bring the total deposit up to 60%. 5. Once all work is complete a final walk will be done with you to ensure total satisfaction and a final 40% payment will be collected.
