• You or your agent (e.g. The Parking Tag Team) must attend at one of the Parking Tag Operations Offices in Toronto to deliver a ‘Notice To Appear’ in Court within 15 days of the infraction. • The City of Toronto, when a Court date is arranged, will send the Registered Owner of the Vehicle indicated on the face of the Tag a ‘Notice of Trial’ to attend Court. • You must appear in Court, or you be assumed not to contest the tag, and a conviction entered against you. The Parking Tag Team does all of this for you. In addition, where possible, we try to get your case withdrawn before attending Court. We appear for you in Court and require the case against you to be proved by the Crown, and offer any and all appropriate defences.
