1. Take a full back-up of your data (NOT the operating system; NOT the temporary files; NOT the programs – just your data) – follow the steps given above on backing up data in a CD. 2. Based on your type of work and the programs used by you, the Administrator would suggest a hard disk capacity and memory capacity. You can collect this new hardware from the Administrator. 3. You will arrange to add this hardware (suggested in step 2) in your PC (either replacement or addition, as the case may be), in your room itself. 4. After adding / replacing and checking the hardware, take your PC to the Administrator. 5. Return your old / replaced hardware to the Administrator. 6. Collect your PC the next day. 7. Start using the PC as if it were a new one – as and when you require to work with a backed up file (backed up in the CD as per step 1 described above), COPY THAT FILE ALONE to your E:\MyFiles directory.
