1. Identify the folders to be backed up – mostly, they will be (must be) in the drive E:\ under the directories E:\MyFiles and E:\MyEMails. You need NOT backup the folder E:\MyTemp. 2. Remove unnecessary files and temporary files from these two directories (E:\MyFiles and E:\MyEmails). 3. If you are in the habit if storing important files on your desktop (which is in C:\), manually add them to the E:\MyFiles directory. 4. If you wish to take a back-up of your address book, copy the file .wab (e.g., Raja.wab, ASR.wab, etc.) from the C:\ drive to the E:\MyFiles directory. 5. If you wish to back-up your Favourites list, copy the folder ‘Favourites’ from the C:\ drive to the E:\MyFiles directory. 6. Please make sure that all your file names (names of those files to be backed up) are of length equal to or less than 110 characters.
