The program also sends documentation including a curriculum vitae, medical diploma, specialty certification (where applicable), MCCEE results (where applicable) and proof of citizenship. The PGME Office then makes a preliminary decision on the file and sends the trainee an offer e-mail as well as an electronic welcome package including a Letter of Appointment and a Declaration. The welcome package also includes a letter detailing the trainee’s next steps. The International Trainee will be asked to submit a $150 Postgraduate International Trainee Processing Fee. Note: the International Trainee Processing Feemust be paid before immigration documentation will be sent to the trainee. The International Trainee will be asked to sign and return the Letter of Appointment as well as sign the Declaration, have it notarized and return
