What are the steps of making a slide out of Yogurt for Bacteria ?
1. Assemble the materials you will need: Slides, cover slips, pipettes, stain, yogurt, pencil, microscope. 2. Using a pipette, place one drop of yogurt onto a glass slide. 3. Using a pipette, place one drop of stain onto the yogurt on the glass slide. Maybe mix it up a bit with your finger tip or some sort of tool. 4. Take a cover slip, and place it onto the yogurt/stain mixture. (Put one edge of the cover slip onto the side first, then use a pencil tip to lower the opposite edge of the cover slip onto the mixture).
