HI there Wilson, Your agent would be the best person to ask this question. As explained earlier you can cancel but there may be penalties depending on where you are at and if the contingencies are removed. If both the buyer and seller agree to cancel ths is always the cleanest way to do it. If you have a unique situation or need legal advice I would recommed that you contact a real estate atorney.
