WHAT ARE THE STEPS IN THE ORDERING PROCESS? WHAT IS AN IMPRESSION KIT?
Orders for custom-molded products require that you place two separate orders: • When ordering a custom-molded product, you must first order an E-Z Impression Kit. This kit contains everything that you need to make impressions of your own ears, including detailed instructions and an order form to use when ordering products that require your impressions. • After making your impressions, you will then send those impressions, your order form and payment to Precision Laboratories for processing of your custom order.
