• Complete the CIBER Summer International Program Interest Form (link to online survey station form) • Attend an information session • Determine your eligibility for your program of interest • Check the program enrollment status. Some programs fill before the deadline. • Discuss your interest with the CIBER peer advising staff or program coordinator during their weekly office hours • Discuss your interest with your Academic Advisor and obtain your academic advisor’s signature on the Academic Advisor Form • Discuss your interest with your family • Complete the CIBER program application forms • Enroll in the program! You will need to bring the following to the CIBER office: a. Signed hard-copy of the Refund Policy and the Professionalism Policy b. Signed hard copy of the Enrollment Form c. A non-refundable $500 deposit by check or money order payable to the University of Texas at Austin. Please include your name, your EID, and the program name on your check.
