What are the statistics for in state college applicants versus out of state college applicants?

I don’t recall seeing any breakdown that distinguishes between in state and out of state acceptance stats for applicants. I do recall that the % of OOS kids at Rutgers is surprisingly low…around 5% or so. Could be because the NYS state schools are less costly or because of the reputation of other state schools like UMd, Penn State, UPitt, etc… Frankly, I question whether there is that much difference between most of these state schools.
