What are the States requirements for me to become a Residential Leasing Agent?
State law requires that the • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older, • Applicant must have completed high school or its equivalent, • Applicant must have a Sponsoring Broker, • Applicant must successfully complete a 15-credit hour Real Estate Leasing Agent License Course through self-study or classroom, and • Applicant must pass the State regulated examination.
