The state restrictions to the use of the data can be found on each State Summary page. You can access the State Summary page by clicking the link to the right of the State Selection Dropdown in VLO 2.0. All of our voter files are delivered to our users via a secure FTP download link There are 2 states-Pennsylvania and Arizona with more stringent protection in place. These state files are delivered via FTP link as well but are password protected. The information gained from Voterlistsonline.com is not to be considered a consumer report (as that term is defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C. sec 1681) and may not be used to determine a consumer’s eligibility for credit or insurance for personal, family or household purposes, employment or a government license or benefit.
