What are the standards for passing?

A. You must achieve a final grade of at least 70% on the quizzes to pass the course (35 correct out of 50 total questions). If you have failed to score at least 70% at the end of the third quiz, the Course Manager will check the Blackboard database to verify that you have accessed the appropriate lessons. If you have completed all coursework, the Course Manager will coordinate with you to allow a second opportunity to take one or more quizzes. (During a second attempt at a quiz, not all questions will be the same as on the first attempt). If you have not completed all coursework, the Course Manger will send an email to you and your supervisor, advising of the insufficient work. An opportunity to retake quizzes will then be granted only with the approval of your supervisor. Failure to achieve a score of 70% after a second round of testing will result in disenrollment from the course.
