The State Of Pennsylvania has 2 state plane zones, one for the southern half of the state, and one for the northern half. The PAMAP tile structure is based on the state plane zones, with a set of tiles for the state plane north zone, and a set of tiles for the state plane south zone. All data is provided in the appropriate state plane zone for the tile.
