The EBSR version of the publisher uses a particular set of default values for the output options, as shown in the table below. These are fixed The desktop version of the publisher allows different options to be specified, but defaults to a set of initial values. Since version 2.2a_6, these are the same as for the EBSR version. Prior to that they were as shown in the right hand column.
