What are the standard cuts? What are the typical options to the standard cuts?
The standard cut is the 3″ o.c. (on center – distance between the grooves) – 4’ x 8’ grooves in the 8’, or long direction. Typical optional cuts include: 2″ o.c., 4″ o.c., 6″o.c., 8″o.c., 9″o.c., and 12″o.c. The other typical panel sizes are 5’ x 8’ and 4’ x 10’. The option on the direction of the grooves is to go vertical cut (grooves in the short direction on the board). Also available are Cubewall (grooves in both directions), DASHwall™ (intermittent dashes as opposed to full slatwall cuts), PROFILEwall™ (slatwall grooves alternated with profiled machine cuts), and other custom routed grooving patterns.
