What are the Standard Concession Terms and conditions?
Each location and concession is individual. The terms and conditions are drafted by Property Services in discussion with the appropriate officers. All concession Terms and Conditions may include the following: • Details of licensee • Emergency contact details • Council right to access • Location map • Start and end date • Fee to the Council • Purpose of concession • Details of any advertising • Licensee to indemnify the council against any insurance (copy of all original insurance documents to be taken) • No assignment by licensee to others • Comply with statutory regulations affecting the site • Keep clean and tidy • CRB checks and duty of care by the concessionaire to Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) checks of employees and volunteers.
