What are the staff qualifications and credentials?
When choosing our staff, we look for those with a heart for children and an understanding of child development. More than half of our staff members have a degree in early childhood education, elementary education, psychology, or sociology. Each staff member receives a minimum of 12 in-service hours each year through staff meetings, guest speakers, and attending conferences. All staff members are certified in CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions one time each year.
