A All the current costs of practice-employed staff have been included in the resources available for the global sum at national level. However, the infrastructure payments for the Quality and Outcomes Framework could also be used to employ staff to help practices achieve more Framework points. Additionally, enhanced services funding includes the costs of the additional staffing required to deliver those services.
