It really depends on the team. Many teams use single digits. 1 quick set in the middle 2 high set in the middle 3 quick set in the seam between the middle and the outside 4 quick set outside 5 high outside 6 high back 10 back row set That is the common numbers although like I said, teams vary it to confuse the opponents. The second number is for the height of the set. The quick set in the middle is area 5 and 1 foot high or a 51. The high middle becomes a 52. The high outside is area 1 and 3 feet high or 13.
