The speeds available for mobile broadband differ from provider to provider and start at 1.8mbps and currently reach up to 7.2mbps. Note that as with traditional broadband providers these figures are the maximum you can get on each package and in many cases you will be getting speeds lower than this. The speeds of mobile broadband aren’t up to the standard of traditional or cable providers at the moment, but are set to change in the future as more investment is put towards this technology.
