Maddocks Welshcakes are made from best quality ingredients, locally sourced, and include: wheat flour, eggs, and nut oils. The margarine which we use contains Antioxidants and Colour Potassium Sorbate, Citric acid, Vitamin E, Colour, Beta-Carotene and Vitamin A&D.
