What are the specifications for client supplied creative that is to be utilized for an email campaign?
SPECIFICATIONS MAY VARY FROM SERVICE BUREAU TO SERVICE BUREAU. Basic guidelines are as follows; however, meeting the below guidelines does not guarantee the scheduled service bureau guidelines have been met. (Please inquire prior to submitting your creative to ensure you have a complete understanding of the guidelines for your specific drop) -The size of HTML creative should be no larger than 640×480 pixels. -You may use higher resolution, but less is more in email broadcasts. The file size will increase and not all computers, monitors, and email clients will render higher resolution without scrolling. File size should be kept to a minimum. 70k is acceptable.
