What are the specific instructions for viewing courses in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana?
Each of these states mandates that users view courses online so that we can track your progress. Therefore, MP3 Downloads will be disabled. Once a course is started, you are not allowed to fast forward any part of the course that you have not viewed. At the end of each section, you will be asked to click “OK” to move to the next segment. If you do not do so within 15 minutes, the section you are on will restart and your progress will be lost. You will not need the verification codes to print your certificate so you can ignore them as they come.
