The idea behind the creation of several destination entertainment venues within the community combines more than a decade of citizen surveys, parks master plans, City Comprehensive Plans and Economic Development plans with the efforts of a citizen task force. The combined input identifies five specific venues to be developed by or on behalf of the City on the last remaining tracts of undeveloped land within Sugar Land.
