For the inspection of a rebuilt salvage vehicle, the customer must present a completed Application to Obtain Certification of Rebuilt Vehicle along with: Proof of ownership document A list of major components necessary for rebuilding the vehicle, and Four colour photographs taken before the vehicle was rebuilt, clearly depicting its front end, rear end and both sides Rebuild plan and invoices to support purchases.
