What are the space reservation principles for the Dudley H. Davis Student Center?
The space reservation principles for the Dudley H. Davis Student Center were determined by the Davis Center Advisory Committee in consultation with the Davis Center leadership team. The principles’ purpose is to ensure that the mission of the Davis Center is fulfilled: • Students have first priority access to all Davis Center meeting and program space after 5 p.m. on all days during the fall and spring semesters. • Students and Davis occupants must request space for fall semester by April 1 of that year. • Students and Davis occupants must request space for spring semester by November 1 of the previous calendar year. After the identified deadlines, the space becomes open to second and third priority groups, except for the parameters defined for Conference and Event Services use for outside fee–paying events. • Second priority access to space in the Davis Center is given to university affiliated organizations (academic departments and administrative units). • Third priority access is gi
