SOT Council has approved the policy to have all Regional Chapters, Specialty Sections, and Special Interest Groups ballots disseminated, received, and counted by SOT Headquarters. Ballots, biosketches, and any by-laws revisions should be provided to SOT Headquarters no later than January 31st. SOT will disseminate the ballot promptly and return the results by March 1st. Terms will run from May 1 to April 30. Please send all Regional Chapter ballots to Kristen Melletti and all Specialty Section and Special Interest Group ballots to Kimberly von Brook.
